Criminals Vote Democrat

What do we do when our government criminalizes our most basic rights while it allows Central Americans, 91% of whom have felony criminal records, Black Lives Matter, BLM and Antifa thugs rampage our cities stealing and burning to put fear in the hearts of the law abiding, tax paying citizens.

Our elected officials are stealing so much from us they can’t afford to lose their jobs so the let the criminals run rampant over us.  In California the legislature will not allow arrest of shoplifters until their swag exceeds $950!  How this is determined as they run out the door is not defined in the legislation. Nor is the basic rationale revealed therein.  It is likely from the bent-over-double with "white guilt" "Woke" generation who cannot spell "awakened."

The elected ruling class now identifies with the criminal class since a college professor did a survey and found 90% of all convicted felons vote Democrat.  Birds of a feather?  Flocking together! We are learning there are few things more corrupt that Faculty Lounge lizards.

In February 2020 the Newton County, Missouri, Commission passed a bill that blocks Federal enforcement of unconstitutional gun policies that clearly favor the criminal class apparently because they are a reliable voting block.  Nonetheless there is significant kickback in several ways.

The "Second Amendment Preservation Act of Newton County Missouri" declares that "all federal acts, laws, orders, rules, and regulations passed by the federal government and specifically any Presidential Administration whether past, present, or future, which infringe on the people's right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution shall be invalid in the county."

That section of the Missouri constitution reads: “That the right of every citizen to keep and bear arms, ammunition, and accessories typical to the normal function of such arms, in defense of his home, person, family and property, or when lawfully summoned in aid of the civil power, shall not be questioned. The rights guaranteed by this section shall be inalienable. Any restriction on these rights shall be subject to strict scrutiny and the state of Missouri shall be obligated to uphold these rights and shall under no circumstances decline to protect against their infringement.”

The ordinance targets Federal policies ordering tracking or registering of firearms or ammunition are ideas Democrats now plan to enact since they have the Whitehouse. This will bar enforcement of any Federal law to confiscate guns in the same way many states, counties and cities got away with the “sanctuary” laws and  ordinances. Precidents are powerful in the law even when we have not enforced some previously.

The Second Amendment sanctuary movement is growing in the states with hundreds of counties passing some form of it much to the consternation of the DC ruling class who want to erase the Second Amendment ever in search of more power for repression.

The sanctuary movement is new in the state of Missouri.  Several counties have declared they are “Second Amendment sanctuaries” and the state legislature has similar bills in committee. Newton County has adopted the strongest language in the country. It even criminalizes enforcement or cooperation with federal law enforcement of any anti-gun bill. It is profoundly significant defenders of an established Amendment are using such language as the people now in power are the ones who are out-of-line with the law!

This is inspired by several state’s anti-immigration laws as they want the low cost labor easing immigration brings. But, the Second Amendment sanctuary movement seeks to protect Constitutional rights and unlike illegal alien sanctuary movements, do not harbor criminals or aid illegal drugs and voting!

Dark and stupid as our future appears to be under a Biden, Harris Administration we again see a rise in the American spirit that says we still have an “American mind” that will act for the freedom and well being of our people.

It is interesting that for 245 years and all the goof-balls that have tried to turn America into a Communist country the leadership that saved us came from the people, "the masses."  The Revolutionary era citizen in the above illustration was one of many ordinary people with a weapon designed to kill small animals for food and would only wound Redcoat soldiers on the march.  And, they discovered a battlefield technique that was so effective it was both adopted by the Prussian War College and outlawed by the Geneva Convention!  

This battlefield fact prevented invasion by Japan after the Pearl Harbor attack as the strike Commander, Admiral Yamamoto had attended Harvard College and knew the American hunters are the largest army in the world.  In a meeting he told the Japanese High Command, "Do not invade America.  There will be an armed citizen behind every bush."  It is accepted our potential enemies have no invasion plans for America given the Yamamoto statement, which is well known.  Nonetheless...

The most important aspect of the Second Amendment is the fact that every American citizen is allowed to defend himself which quenches  armed robbery and home invasion as we can defend ourselves and it is clear that if citizen gun ownership were quenched home invasions would explode. "Liberals," prove they are miss-named, by wanting to disarm the people with regulations and taxes that only law-abiding citizens would obey.  Liberals have a hard time understanding that criminals do not obey laws which is consistent with the fact that 90% of them vote Democrat.
