Who Needs Enemies?

...may appear to be a defeated man, but like so many heroes of history he is more likely to come back swinging when there is so much in his favor.  Let us never forget that 74 million voters marked their ballots for "Donald J. Trump" and they will be "a force."

The elder Democrat leaders know this and they are desperate to fatally wound him politically with an impeachment that would prevent him from running for President in 2024.  The situation is unprecedented and the law runs largely on precedents in a nation with an age of over two centuries.  Judges prefer to fall back on precedents rather than study arguments that may, or not, be valid.  Where they are voted in an out of position they are political and this is a flaw in our justice system.

In California, for example, the divorce courts do everything to men, but put them on the rack as the state League of Women Voters has put them on notice they will put any judge out of office if they do not take everything from men but their gonads. I can confirm that rumor having been through California divorce court twice.  Each trip cost me over $1 million in cash, royalty properties, real estate and personal property. 

I am not alone in California, by any means, and yet women and elected politicians wonder why men don't want to marry any more!  Meanwhile, back at the issue let us consider Mr. Trump's words about the fateful day of the assault on the Capitol building:

"Violence has no place in our politics, period. I wholly condemned last week’s senseless acts of violence, and I strongly reiterate the calls to remain peaceful in the weeks ahead.  Those who partook in the assault on our nation’s Capitol and those who continue to threaten violence should be found, held accountable, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Let me be clear: Anyone who has malicious intent is not welcome in Washington, D.C. or in any other State Capitol Building.
 
The peaceful transition of power is one of our nation’s founding principles and is necessary for our country to move forward. Now is the time to come together as one nation, united in the peaceful pursuit of our common democratic purpose.
 
Our Founding Fathers established a Nation of laws, not a Nation of anarchy. And, the Republican Party is the Party of individual freedom, liberty, entrepreneurship, innovation, and the American Dream, not the hateful violence we witnessed last week.
