When the 2020 Presidential election fiasco started President Trump had every right to think he was well represented by Rudy Giulliani and Sidney Powell, both high profile East Coast attorneys.
The Trump campaign has severed ties with Sidney Powell, Esq. who made stunning claims of voter fraud in several press and TV appearences.
Sidney Powell claimed without presenting evidence that several Dominion voting systems had switched millions of votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden, saying the action was due to "Communist money".
President Trump has refused to concede the election, without presenting evidence of electoral fraud. Where it would be important to protect the privacy we feel covering witness names with black ink would be called for, but the Trump group has is has released nothing! The only rationale for this is the Sidney was hoping to excite some real witnesses to the fraud by showing she could be trusted. She is a clever lady and if this is the case she is totally to Mr. Trump and he is intuitive enough to know it.
To date Biden won with 306 votes in the US electoral college, which determines who is President - far above the 270 needed to win as there are 538 electors in the 50 states; not 57 as Mr. Obama declared.
On Sunday, the Trump campaign issued a statement saying Ms Powell was "practicing law on her own" and was "not a member of the Trump legal team," as the situation required per political protocols which Sidney, being a real pro; knows, understands and abides by. If she can unearth real evidence her reputation and status will be restored. As of this moment she is a "skunk." Such is life in the jungle of the District of Columbia.
Seeming to nail the Powell coffin shut the Trump campaign announced, "She is not a member of the Trump legal team. She is also not a lawyer for the President in his personal capacity," Trump campaign lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis said in the release.
In a statement released to CBS, Ms Powell said she understood the statement issued by Mr Giuliani and Ms Ellis, and that she would soon be filing a lawsuit over her unsubstantiated allegations of voter fraud demonstrating the cool, workman-like resolve of a real pro.
A tweet from President Trump earlier this month explicitly named her as part of the team, referring to her as one of his "wonderful lawyers and representatives" and that stands. Both Mr. Giuliani and Ms. Ellis had attended the Thursday news conference alongside Ms. Powell, where she said, without providing evidence, that electronic voting systems switched millions of ballots to Mr Biden, and that he also won thanks to "Communist money." This is where we separate from Ms. Powell unless she includes George Soros, and friends, in that class as it is a matter of record they have donated millions to the election of Joe Biden.
Mr. Biden's win in Georgia has been officially certified by Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, following an audit. We question that audit as several hundred Dominion machines have been installed in Georgia at a cost of $150 million tax Dollars. They are deeply flawed as they are on line and can be hacked. Installing single line of computer code could turn them into "Biden only" vote producers.
That line could read: "If V$ = "Trump" THEN V$ = "Biden" where "V" is for the vote input, "$" is for "string," word or words. THEN is the "Change this" command.
This could be installed between two lines if they are numbered as 10,20,30,40...etc which many programs are, or if numbered as "1,2,3,4..." with no spaces it is a simple matter to attach that string to another at the right place in the program code and that can be done easily if the machine is on line as the Dominion machines are. If not on line it can still be done by any programmer with access to the machine!
Mr. Guiliani has also claimed that machines used to count votes were owned by Democrats, suggesting that they were biased. Dominion Voting says it is a non-partisan US company that has made donations to both Republican and Democratic interests, and it is common for a company such as this to lobby for government contracts by making contributions to both sides.

I believe the bottom line is when this gets to the Supreme Court. If it can be proven demorat operatives have denied Republican observers their right to see what went on during vote counting, which they did according to many sworn testimonies, and statistical analysis and testimonies by witnesses can show the probability of those easily manipulated voting machines having been rigged for (and by) Demorats, then in all fairness, they can't give it to China Joe.
ReplyDeleteThe demorats have been throwing all manner of BS at trump for 4 years, so I can't put it past them rigging an election. I just hope some of these criminals go to jail.
The Supreme Court appears to be all we have left so you are correct by default, but it always had to turn out that way for a national election. The progress is painful to watch however.
