This is a fine scam example of the insanity now rampant on the left side of the political spectrum.  These people wail about "Our Democracy!" when we do not have a democracy where every adult votes to determine what happens and what does not.   We are a representative republic with an executive branch that is equal to the legislative and judicial branches with all operating under a constitution that is the one thing meant not to change unless facts are overwhelming to a super majority of the nation's people. 

The Democrats routinely ignore these facts and build cults of personality on pillars of lies and guilt.  President Obama was a calamity who only held the nation together with "Bernanke Bucks," money printed with no basis, doubling our national debt in the process and that problem hangs over us like the Sword of Damocles.  It could fall on us at any time and bring world trade to a halt.  No one dared criticize Mr. Obama for fear of being called a "racist," a curse that has caused people to commit suicide on accusation alone, but applauded by Democrats.
