Judge Brett Kavanaugh

Judge Brett Kavanaugh is well known for being meticulous in his findings and writings.  This characteristic did not begin yesterday, last month or last year.  It was well in place 36 years ago unlike the record keeping or recall of his accuser of attempted rape while in high school,  Christine Blasey-Ford cannot recall or identify the location, house or any verifiable fact of the scene of the alleged attack.

Unlike a usual victims of such an attack Mrs. Blasey-Ford did not tell any girl friends, authorities, police, adults or parents about the incident.  She did not keep a diary, as do most young women.  She literally has nothing, save a sketchy memory with at least two substantially differing versions of the event involving two or four young men.  All of her accused and her friends she claims were there say, "It didn't happen!"

Judge Kavanaugh has found a 1982 calendar with detailed entries that appear to clear his name according to the report in The Western Journal Conservative Tribune of September 23, 2018.  This can be verified and is exactly the kind of evidence a court will accept in a case of this kind as well as the Senate Judicial Commitee, but we can also be sure the Democrats and their paid audience protesters will loudly object and perhaps put us through another "Sparticus" raving moment and perhaps some new histrionics for which the Democrats seem to have a flair even when they are ridiculous.  We believe America is watching, paying attention; is shocked and revolted.

The Kavanaugh calendar includes names and entries for parties showing young Brett Kavanaugh was very thorough about recording his social schedule. This fact is yet another in favor of Kavanaugh and against Mrs. Blasey-Ford.  She has admitted she recalls nothing specific about the incident regarding location, time or people involved. Nothing!

The only other two people identified as being in the house, but not the bedroom, now say they do not recall anything of it or that it even happened!  Patrick J. Smyth said he did not remember such a party or ever see any improper conduct by Brett Kavanaugh.

Leland Keyser, a former classmate of Mrs. Blasey-Ford at Holton-Arms, said she did not know Judge Kavanugh or remember being at a party with him in a report appearing in a local newspaper.

The Kavanaugh calendar references Mike Judge, a friend of Brett Kavanaugh and according to Blasey Ford, a witness to the alleged assault. Judge’s name is not mentioned in reference to any parties, while other names on the document have not been cited by Mrs. Blasey-Ford giving rise to the speculation she got the Judge's name from another source.

Where this is the only hard evidence of any kind in this case and is utterly exculpetory of Brett Kavanaugh and we do not expect Mrs. Blasey-Ford to appear Thursday, but we do expect the Democrats will have something or some one to throw on the fire.
