There is a serious side to this problem and it is that Mexico is not only encouraging its' worst citizens to leave and come to America, knowing they will send money home, which is the second greatest source of foreign cash in the Mexican economy, but they will also see their burgeoning illegal drug industry thrive and it is their greatest source of foreign income, even more than NAFTA exports of 20 brands of automobiles, numerous appliances, household goods and produce.

Heroin is an epidemic in the United States as Americans learn that it is much cheaper than the "ethical drugs" our physicians prescribe for everything from back pain to "the vapors" as the drug companies gouge on everything from aspirin and laxatives up.  Our businesses have taken lessons from the elected ruling class in corruption and they are quick learners.

There is a solution to this problem, and the building of the wall all in one package.  It is entitled the "Fix Mexico Kit" and includes one Armalite AR7 22 caliber rifle, a box of 100 bullets and 1,000 Pesos in counterfeit money.   The parts all fit into the stock and it can be bubble wrapped such that it can drogue chute dropped with precision and it is the ideal insurrection weapon not because it is lethal, but because it is not if used tactically not to kill, i.e. "...hit their legs."

Take out 20% of any military force you have destroyed their effectiveness as 40% are caring for them and when it is apparent you do not want to kill the men, they start thinking.  That is the last thing a war general wants.  He will order retreat knowing he is up against a superior intellect.  No greater danger exists for a war general as his authority is predicated on blind faith, force and fear.

Mexicans are the perfect people for this kind of insurrection.  They are very creative in combat.  The Prussian War College cites General Pancho Villa as one of the great war generals of all time.  His tactics, use of civilians, deceptions and moves are great reading and have been well documented by several military historians.  His associate, Emiliano Zapata is the man who ran my grandfather out of Mexico in 1918 when he was there for Sieman's AG of Germany to build a railroad, dam and gold mine.  PRI would let him stay if he became a Mexican, but he knew they were totally corrupt.  They have been in charge to this day and that is what we know about the wall.
