China Enjoys Our Fumbles

China's foreign ministry announced recently that seeing the plight of Americans suffering in a severe winter storm hitting the state of Texas this week reinforced the belief among Chinese citizens that their country is "on the right path."  They are most certainly alluding to President Biden killing the Keystone Pipeline not realizing it will not stop the import of Canadian oil by truck and train.  It could be another Biden shake-down as it is easier to get money out of truck and train companies than one big, politically hip pipeline consortium.  And...

China has long denied the anthropogenic (man caused) global warming hypothesis. (Note we do not call it a “theory” as it is not proven.“Peer review” and bureau blessing are not experimental evidence. None prove “CO2 caused global warming” to date.”  Our simple demo experiment in “Vapor Tiger” book and Kindle on sale at Amazon.com proves “CO2 caused global warming” false.  For less than $7 it gives more validity than all the Faculty Lounges and foreign Science meetings like the three I have been invited to for my "CO2 Is Innocent" paper.

Foreign ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying made the comments in response to a question from a state media journalist on calls by western countries for an investigation into alleged human rights abuses in its western Xinjiang region.

During her response, made at a regular ministry news conference, Hua repeated China's denials of abuse of Muslims claiming  Australia, Canada and the United States had histories of genocide.

"Not to be wanting of food or clothing, not to be hungry or cold, this is the fundamental human right that is the most real," she said.

"In the meantime in Texas ... millions of people found themselves caught in the terrible situation of not having electricity and heating at home, a few tens of people even lost their lives because of this" and continued: "This gave the Chinese people a deeper appreciation for what is the real human right, and made us believe more strongly that China is on the right path. We are fully confident about our future,"

Nothing dashes a flawed theory like “CO2 driven climate change” quicker than cutting criticism when the blade is one sharpened by reality.

The bitter cold spell in the United States has killed at least 21 people in Texas and knocked out power to more than four million people in the state, with more than 13 million Texans suffering interruptions in their water services is the precursor to an event we will better explain in an upcoming piece.

Since U.S.- China relations soured in the Trump Administration years many Chinese diplomats have taken to social media with an aggressively nationalistic posture known as "Wolf Warrior" diplomacy.  FaceBook and Twitter and been welcoming venues.
