"This Week" with George Stephanopolis is the flagship show of  the Sunday ABC, American Broadcasting Network and the signature personality, George Stephanopolis, had a dustup with Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky.

The point well made by Dr. Paul is that 78% of Republican voters believe the election was stolen because the evidence offered for 30 states was totally rejected by Federal judges, some ironically appointed by President Trump, and all for “No Standing,” which means the complainants did not have the right to bring the case.   

When judges bail out this way it means they think however they decide this case they would make half, or thereabouts, of the public mad.  Yes, judges are "politically correct."  Data from 30 states is waiting and be sure, it will see the light of day and there lies an interesting ending to be.  Meanwhile:

Sunday January 24, 2021 on ABC’s “This Week” George had Senator Ran Paul as a guest and immediately hit him with an emotional demand saying the Presidential election was not stolen, was valid, no evidence to the contrary.  His demand was so intense we saw significance as George is a major DC Swamp Creature.

Born in Boston, Columbia University and Oxford educated, a Rhodes scholar George is “real smart,” but has a taste for losers:  His first was Michael Dukakas in his initial outing as a campaign manager.  Then he went to work for Dick Gephardt, with the lowest IQ ever in Congress finally hitting mixed success with hot hillbilly Bill Clinton, but it takes a rubber ruler to measure Bill’s success as his real accomplishment was to sign seven of the ten provisions in the Newt Gingrich “Contract With America” and then take credit for them!

George Stephanoplos is no dummy.  His book “All Too Human” was a New York Times best seller and we know nothing about it in spite of having read it as it was utterly forgettable. Nonetheless…

George is a very good indicator of what is going on in the secret halls and meetings of the DC dark side people running the Democrat Party.  You will note we do not refer to “the Democratic party” as we dislike misusing an adjective and this bunch is everything but “democratic.”

George flogged Dr. Paul with the fact all the courts judges where the 86 suits were filed had rejected every one.  We say in every case the reasons were specious and without merit as they made value judgments that could only be settled by juries and in rejecting them these judges only delayed the outcome as they were political or afraid that however they came down in their decisions they would make half the public mad at them and have punched a ticket off the bench.

We feel many of the cases are substantial and will be tried.  The case against the Democrat Pennsylvania Secretary of State changing voting regulations clearly to advantage Democrats is obvious and will be the first to be tried. The judge wouldn’t touch it with a stick!

In several states the issue was that Republican poll watchers were not allowed to get closer than six feet to ballot examiners when the issues were signature matching and address presence on registration forms and ballots not visible at six feet!  And, whether or not the ballots even had signatures, as many did not in several states!  Ballots in several states did not have addresses as required, but none of this matters if a judge says the plaintiff does not have “standing” as they are from out-of-state!  For a national election? 

But there lies “the rub” as our Presidential elections are summed in the Electoral College per Constitution so the Trump lawyers can argue they do have standing and get trials.  Judge’s have to take the cases or the Trump lawyers will file separate suits on that issue and win!  A real never-ending story and if you have any doubt please read a full account and documentation of the issues at:
