This is important because it is imperative to know we're dealing with real information, not hearsay, or invented material. This is a recorded, declared and sworn statement from an Italian Supreme Court judge on the topic of vote manipulation in the latest election. Sydney Powell's remarks provide an overview of the event.

“It [this information] comes in the form of testimony in an Italian court from an employee from the eighth largest global defense contractor.
An IT expert from Leonardo SpA admitted in court that he and others manipulated vote totals in the Presidential election through implantation of viruses in Leonardo SpA’s main servers in December 2020.
Arturo D’Elia signed an affidavit admitting to switching data from the November 3 US presidential elections “from significant margin of victory from Donald Trump to Joe Biden in a number of states where Joe Biden was losing the vote totals.” He admits the data switch also may represent more than the total number of registered voters.
He is also willing to testify in court, claiming to have all the original data backed up in an undisclosed location.”

instruction and direction of U.S. persons working from

in Rome, undertook the operation to switch data from
the U.S.
election of third Nov. 2020 from significant margin of

losing the vote totals. Defendant states that he was
working in
Pessara facility of Leonardo SpA, and utilized
military grade cyber
warfare encryption capabilities to transmit and switch
votes via

The Defendant swears that the data in some cases may have been switched to represent more than total voter registrations. The Defendant states that he is willing to testify to all individuals and entities involved in the switching of votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden, where he shall be in total protection from himself and his family.

These testimonies fly in the face of the many rejections of lawsuits by the several, to many, such situations and now the Dominion company is suing Attorney Sidney Powell. This is a classic business move to respond in this way, hoping your opponent will cave and walk away from their own suits. It is important to the nation this issue be resolved based on the facts and not the winds of politics.

The program is open and modifiable, i.e. not a compiled, machine language, secure entity, and on, and on..."
