Congress Also Punted

Congress certified the Electoral College for Joe Biden in the middle of the night much the same as Jesus conviction by Jewish High Priests in the middle of the night, in the manner five states committed election fraud Nov 3, 2020 in the middle of the night.  

Riots took place in DC.  The media is playing those scenes over and over unlike last summer when Antifa and BLM were burning down American cities.  The police killed two unarmed women.  One was a 17 year military veteran.  The other was a 16 year old girl.  Both were unarmed and both were white.   

Congress used those riots to punt its responsibility to "defend and protect" the Constitution.  It refused to look at the irregularities and Constitutional violations by those seven states that changed election processes without legislative approvals as per the Constitution.  It ignored ballot harvesting on a COVID convenient excuse.  It ignored the vote switching from Trump to Biden as recorded for the Georgia legislature and proved in Michigan.   

NewsMax stated from polls that 46% of Democrats and 82% of Republicans believe that Biden received more votes than Trump by  fraud.  (AV note:  Thus, 64% of the population believe the election was fraudulant.)

Lindsey Graham disagrees with the very people who voted for him!  He referenced multiple court cases that were dismissed for technical reasons other than merit.  He referenced a judge who ruled the election process changes were Constitutional even though legislatures were not involved.  

 

Did Lindsey forget about all the lower court rulings for the last four years concerning Trump that were reversed by SCOTUS?   Travel ban.  Emoluments. Tax filings.  Funding for the wall.  Hobby Lobby.  Tariffs on products made in China.   Closed churches!  A huge list. 

 

(AV note:  Chief Justice Roberts also contorted ObamaCare to get it through the Supreme Court and always defers to any liberal action as the Democrats have him on the leash of his illegal adoption of two Irish children 20 years ago.  The statutes of limitation have expired, but the scandal could remove Justice Roberts from office if it is boosted by liberal media. 

No court has done anything to respond to beliefs election fraud happened:  None.  They all used legal technicalities to avoid having to rule on the merits of the evidence of election fraud.  Standing, which is filing out of jurisdiction, filing too soon, too late, wrong forms and other such cop outs were all used by cowardly judges afraid of the evidence.

Chief Justice Roberts used "standing" to keep from having to rule on election fraud in the 2020 Presidential election so SCOTUS would not rule on the merits.   He feared riots by the left if the election was overturned.  He made bad decisions to avoid the cases.  He ignored his oath to “protect and defend” the Constitution and acquiesced to the extortion of leftist rule.  

 

As a result he caused the riots in DC yesterday by not hearing the cases in addition to seeing to it that a corrupt, seriously ill man will serve only long enough to turn the Presidency over to Kamala Harris, an Indian woman claiming to be "black" to get into the cab of the "Guilt Train" now driving America.  

Last summer, the media made excuses for BLM and Antifa by stating their riots were because of frustration over racial injustice.  How many business were burned?  How many people died?    

Why are Americans rioting about the elections?  Frustration.    They are not getting anyone to investigate and prosecute their grievances.

They pretend the riots about election fraud are by Black Lives Matter or Antifa.  What would those politicians be saying?  Pretend those two women who were killed by the police were black:  How would the media treat this?

Just as SCOTUS and Congress punted on its responsibility.   The ramifications will last for generations as the bad guys will have free will to promote more bad ideas, beliefs and actions to Americans. 

Joe Biden just announced that his Administration will cancel the Trump policy of America first.  If not Americans first, then who?  Why didn’t he announce that intention prior to the election?  Now they control both houses of Congress.  There is nothing to stop Democrat actions until 2022. Why aren’t Republican politicians and the media asking Joe that question?   Because they are all punting on their responsibilities to Americans.
