The nonstop roller coaster of Pennsylvania’s election certification has just taken another unexpected turn, one that is sure to bring a much needed smile to the faces of Trump supporters this Thanksgiving weekend.
In several ways, all seemed lost on Tuesday, when Pennsylvania officially certified the illegitimate ballots for Biden, all but ensuring his receipt of those valuable electoral votes. Add that Sidney Powell seemed headed for Happy Ranch in a canvas Strait Jacket to a room with mattresses for wallpaper and the storm clouds were hanging tall over Mudville, PA.
In fact, many Pennsylvanians themselves appeared to have lost complete faith in the electoral process, as well noted by Senator Dough Mastriano. While Pennsylvania does not have its’ own folk music, but this year may well cause a lot of folk to start singing what we will here dub, “The Pennsylvania Two Step” and the state begin to sound like Texas. The first chord was struck by Senator Dough Mastriano. That's a name that could be from Texas, the melting pot of America! He said:
“Elections are a fundamental principle of our democracy – unfortunately, Pennsylvanians have lost faith in the electoral system … Over the past few weeks, I have heard from thousands of Pennsylvanians regarding issues experienced at the polls, irregularities with the mail-in voting system and concerns whether their vote was counted.” [Source: Fox News]
While this was not a direct slap at this election and all that went with it, it expressed doubt, the first step to righting the wagon. And then Wednesday the entire situation took a shocking turn.
Wednesday, just in time for Thanksgiving, Judge Patricia McCullough, who serves in the Pennsylvania State Court, issued an injunction that prevented any further certification of Pennsylvania’s election results writing:
“[T]o the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the 2020 General Election … for the office of President and Vice President of the United States of America, Respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, pending an evidentiary hearing[,].” [Source: Fox News]
Thus, the certification process in Pennsylvania was halted, pending a review of the Trump legal team’s efforts to ensure nothing short of complete integrity and transparency in the election.
The leftists predictably began screaming over the legitimate halt to the certification process, they have apparently failed to take into account Article VII, Section 14 of the Pennsylvania Constitution, which makes the requirements for absentee ballots "real clear" like they say in Texas. Requirements that were followed until 2020. To wit:
However, the state’s own words are quite explicit, and citizens’ ability to participate in “mail-in” voting over in-person voting:
“Because their duties, occupation or business require them to be elsewhere or who, on the occurrence of any election, are unable to attend at their proper polling places because of illness or physical disability or who will not attend a polling place because of the observance of a religious holiday or who cannot vote because of election day duties, in the case of a county employee, may vote, and for the return and canvass of their votes in the election district in which they respectively reside.” [Source: The Constitution of Pennsylvania]
Thus, several million absentee ballots are in question, per the State of Pennsylvania’s Constitution. Millions of ballots that favor Biden!
Not only did Joe Biden fail to attract many cars to his rallies, but he failed to attract people to the voting booths. However, he somehow obtained a sweeping electoral victory, entirely courtesy of the “mail-in” votes!
If mail-in voting had existed in 2016, it is clear who the winner would have been, In 2016, the Democrats dismissed Donald Trump and didn’t bother to prepare an illegal contingency plan as they apparently did for this election.

Pennsylvania has been characterized by ups and downs recently with one day shifting against Trump and the next to Trump. This day, Thanksgiving, is clearly one of those days in which Trump has favor.
Whether or not this judge’s injunction ultimately leads to real justice for Trump and the people he serves is a question. The injunction draws attention to the depths of Democrat deception for which we can all appreciate the Pennsylvania Two Step.

Who trusts the judicial process these days? The US Supreme Court may have blundered by reversing Cuomo’s limit on church attendance. Churches and bars have been super-spreaders, so NYC may have an over burdened health care system in January.
ReplyDeleteCan’t understand why Court didn’t consider non-masked aerosols from singing go to 30’ to unprotected eyes at least, even if families are bubble spaced. Seems the Court is legislating freedom to die, while states are the ones who regulate assisted suicide.

DeleteIt is very simple as bars are not protected in the Constitution where churches are covered. Judges and Justices only analyze the situation against the law, if they are doing their jobs right. The problems come when they bow to politics, as has Chief Justice Roberts as the Democrats have him on a string over his illegal adoption of two Irish infants 20 years ago.

It’s said legislation was illegal when it provided Pennsylvanians the option to vote by mail up to 50 days before an election without providing an excuse, as was previously required for voters using absentee ballots.
Pennsylvania Act 77, which was signed by Governor Tom Wolf last year and passed through a GOP-controlled legislature (the Associated Press reported that only two "no" votes were from Republican.
That legislation provided Pennsylvanians the option to vote by mail up to 50 days before an election without providing an excuse, as was previously required for voters using absentee ballots.
Remember the Supreme court was called on by the Democrats when they were counting chads in Florida. So I am sure you believe in the courts. How is it possible for one single Federal judge to over rule the president if the ruling by the president does not agree with his perceptions. This stops the Presidents mandates nation wide. Even if they are totally legal to do. Does one single Federals judges ruling irk you so much. Trump has replaced hundreds of them. Gone are the days when all judges rulings lean far left.
