Dominion Voting Machine, Guilty?

 Dominion Voting Machine

Information Technologist Ron@CodeMonkeyZ  has identified  major weaknesses within the Dominion voting machine system to investigators for attorney Sidney Powell and if confirmed this will be the key to Donald J. Trump’s second term.  (Give me an Amen!)

Ron examined the machine and found weak or nonexistent controls within Dominion voting machines and applications where he had expected to see a robust system, but learned the Dominion machine was designed and assembled in Venezuela to keep Hugo Chavez in office.  It has routines for changing votes built in!

Ron says “I found a vendor User Guide with images showing how the Dominion 5.5 central tabulating software works and transmits results from the ballot to the official authority on line!  This means the machine can be hacked and the program changed and is the reason  other voting machines are not designed to be put on line.

1. Votes can theoretically be ignored for individuals if a straight ticket vote is selected. This setting could be invoked by a “Republican” style typo fraud, for example. Many complex rules decide how the “straight ticket” option works.

2. Network Security is very weak since all software access keys use the same cryptographic pair. This gives plausible deniability to whoever potentially decides to manipulate voter settings. It can’t be found who changed a setting as everyone has the same key

3. Digital certificates are not protected by password, and Dominion user manual explicitly says not to enter a password.  This enables bad actors to change data traveling over a network between the precinct  and the central central vote tabulator.

 4. The cryptic “split rotation” function features the ability to “force a maximum deviation.”  There is no definition of a “split rotation in the manual,” so we do not know what “force a maximum deviation” means, but given the context is likely nefarious.

5. Local Information Technicians have the power to clandestinely change settings, thus the ability to alter an entire election.  There are no checks and balances or observers of the local IT people when they access machine debug and administrative settings.

6. The Dominion system is a black box for votes ultimately tabulated in a central server system.  "Who has access to the central server and where is the manual and security reviews of that server software?" is the question today.

7. Settings could have been changed during evening downtime on first night of voting.  It is much easier to change settings on tens or even hundreds of machines than to forge enough ballots to steal an election.  This is a system built for corruption.  A few people could do it quickly.

8. The State of Pennsylvania requested semantic changes to the Dominion voting software, ostensibly to aid in their lawfare efforts. The word “Cast” became “Print,” to obfuscate the moment when a vote is officially cast to gain time for manipulation.

9. There is an option to force the vote scanner to “overrun” a preset amount of ballots EVERY time anybody pauses the scan mid-batch. “Overrun” is undefined. Potential for abuse is high with this function, which was added shortly after 2018 mid-term elections.

Do you trust your election workers to copy and paste files and folders to USB without tampering?  Are election workers monitored during this process?  Who is watching clerks take data from the tabulator machine, copy it to a flash drive, and deliver to the county office if it is not done on line?  Is a chain of custody maintained?  Are sworn officers involved?  Without exception the answer in Pennsylvania is “No!”

Pennsylvania Department of State requested a function from Dominion Voting Software to allow local “Operators” with access to “totally blank ballots” to examine, and “RE-MARK IF NEEDED” then re-scan to the tabulator.  These are actually instructions in “How to steal an election.”

Are election workers monitored during this process?  Who is watching them take data from the tabulator machine, copy it to a flash drive, and deliver it to the county office? Is a proper chain of custody maintained?

Has Pennsylvania ever sent blank ballots to constituents?

If yes, what eventually happened to those blank ballots?

Pennsylvania voters with blank ballots are requested to send the ballots to the Republican National Committee, RNC.  The RNC believes these ballots are related to fraud.

Ballots are interlinked with the voting software. Sending a blank ballot allows the software to tabulate votes creatively as opposed from a ballot correctly populated.

Ron says he could find any programming fraud in these machines if given the opportunity to review them and has reached out to Rudy Giuliani.  Ron notes there are absurd settings in the software which allow a programmer to totally influence an election, but that was the original intent!

Ron asks, “Where are our checks and balances for the local IT guy? Who is auditing his actions? Where are the logs? Which settings did he enable? Did he change settings?  When?”

These are all questions we, and a lot of people should want to know and have answered.

Again, Ron states the local IT guy who services Dominion machines has the power to decide elections:

After reviewing the Dominion Voting System user manual, it seems the local IT guy who services the machines is theoretically the ultimate political gatekeeper.  He has absolute power to decide elections.

Since all machines have the same USB key, if any participant loses that key the integrity of the election is lost:

So this means that any participant who loses their USB key which stores the encryption key has then destroyed the integrity of the election in that district.

USB drives were reported stolen in Philadelphia before the election:

Remember the USB drives stolen in Philadelphia? Those USB drives were "admin access" devices to enter the configuration and debug screens of the voting machines. With those stolen drives, someone could potentially change, purge, or inject ballots with impunity.https://t.co/Z06yrsWEwO

This is the key to a Trump victory and it will be hot topic of the few objective media organizations we have.  All others will ignore it or make "in passing" comments with smirks and derision.  We now wonder:  Should Mr. Trump lose and Democrats win what are the "smirk commentators" of CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC and increasingly FOX since Mr. Murdoc's liberal daughter took over the business going to do to fill their taste for blood in the water? This may turn out to be more fun that we thought!

  1. Trump's legal team will have to get these voting machines into the courtroom and use them to prove the fraud. That's the perfect evidence for them. Turn them on and watch the vote counts change right before the judges' eyes.

  2. Very good idea and I am sure the lawyers will think of it.
