Democrat Presidential nominee Joe Biden has been called out for falsely claiming the Boilermakers Union, which represents tens of thousands of American workers, endorsed him for President. Joe is notorious for having a casual relationship with truth and we find it amazing that such a public person would dare to tell such a lie when it is certain a union official would respond loudly.
According
to John Hughes, leader of Boilermakers Local 154, Biden is not telling
the truth. In fact, not only has the union not endorsed Biden, but the
Boilermakers Union has not endorsed any candidate for President.
Ordinarily one incident of this kind would kill the Biden candidacy, but major media is 100% for anything left of Karl Marx as they think a hard-left government will save and support them from the forces of a changing economy that is leaving the printing press in the landfills of history.
Joe does not realize that "union" men "hang together" and when you offend one union you offend them all! Why hand Mr. Trump such a weapon he is sure to use? This again is why we say "Joe is not right upstairs" and should he win it will be a very short time before the Pelosi gang is calling at the White House with a 25th Amendment petition in hand. The 25th Amendment reads:
Section 1
In case of the removal of the President from office or of his death or resignation, the Vice President shall become President.
Section 2
Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.
Section 3
Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.
Section 4
Whenever the
Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive
departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to
the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives
their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers
and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the
powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the
Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration
that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office
unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of
the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide,
transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the
Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President
is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress
shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if
not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the
latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within
twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by
two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the
powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge
the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers
and duties of his office.

The Democrat's plan for Joe Biden resides in this Constitutional Amendment. They probably have several as Kamala Harris is in the equation as a denominator, and a big one, but stupid. When she was the Attorney General of California I was once on the phone with her for 40 long minutes trying to get her to accept evidence I had developed of corruption in the Franchise Tax Board and she argued with me rather than take the clever way of taking my evidence and trashing it. A year could go by with my phone calls and eventually I would tire of it unless she responded to my bulldog nature, but she too is hard-headed and wanted to have a victory in that call. It can be argued that her's is the "principled" strategy, but she is in politics where that is exactly what they avoid, defaulting to deviance, skullduggery, etc. So the question will be, "What to do with Kamala?" But she probably has a price as Nancy Pelosi wants to be President and this is the only way that could ever happen. Meanwhile, back at the campaign:
During his ABC News town hall last week, moderator George Stephanopoulos asked Biden about his position on fracking. Biden denied he would ban fracking as President, but Stephanopoulos noted that a member of Boilermakers Local 154 had told the New York Times he doubts Biden’s denials.
Biden said in response, “I’m telling the Boilermakers
overwhelmingly endorse me, OK, so the Boilermakers Union has endorsed
me because I sat down with them and went into great detail earlier to
show their leadership exactly what I would do, number one.” Huh?
