Sirs and Madams:

Clearly you do not know the history and facts of personally held firearms.  Several countries, like Switzerland, requrie citizens to have fully automatic, military grade, rifles in their homes!  They are required to meet once a month, with guns in hand, meet with their neighbors and if any are consdidered unstable, antisocial, etc. the guns are taken away.  They have virtually zero crimes of any kind commited with guns!

The nations that have banned guns in the manner you promote have the highest gun death statistics, like Guatemala with 80 gun deaths per year per 100,000.  The US rate is ten and Switzerland's is near zero!

That every Amerian household had, or could have, firearmes spared us invasion by Japan in 1941.  It also saved us in 1776 and 1812 as well as all the Indian Wars and the Civil War until the states where Democrats passed gun control, disarmed black people and lynched them at will in KKK raids.  What you are doing will bring the Ku Klux Klan back to life. Sorry, but count me out.
