FPC's list of pro-gun lawsuits against the gun-grabbing tyrants continues to grow!

Just this week, we filed Guedes v. ATF challenging President Trump's ban on "bump stock" devices by executive fiat. This case is absolutely VITAL for 2A rights for multiple reasons: 

First, gun owners that refuse to destroy or dispose of their lawfully-purchased bump stocks would become criminals overnight. 

Furthermore, if we allow the Executive Branch to ban bump stocks without any accountability from Congress, then they could ban any and all gun parts in the future. Think triggers, barrels, magazines, receivers, you name it...

Beat the Tyrants in Court!

Ladies and Gentlemen:

This is a far greater danger to the Second Amendment than you may realize as it is but one step to the outlawing of all semi-automatic rifles and shotguns.  

If you stiffen your trigger finger at right-angles at the first joint and use it as your trigger finger, hold the rifle just off your shoulder.
