Hillary Clinton may have thought 2016 brought an end to her email scandal along with her Presidential ambitions, but a Federal judge this week disabused her of that notion.
Ruling in response to a lawsuit from conservative group Judicial Watch, Judge Emmet Sullivan said that Clinton needed to respond to additional questions about her email server and to do it under oath.
Hillary has 30 days to respond to questions about how she set up the private server and whether or not the State Department issued official instructions about the use of that server. These questions are traps and define the mind-set of said Judge.
The Freedom of Information Act lawsuit from Judicial Watch has been simmering for two years. The Judicial Watch organization has been asking the court for this judgment continually and Hillary Clinton refused to answer 20 of the 25 questions presented to her from Judicial Watch.
Hillary refused why she continued using the server after security warnings from the State Department? Now, under court order, she must answer those questions under oath or go to jail for refusing. This is just the beginning of Hillary's problems in that area:
Sen. Lindsey Graham will be the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee and says he definitely sees further investigation into the FBI’s handling of the email scandal under James Comey.
This interferes with any plans Hillary has for another run for the Presidency. While Hillary has said repeatedly she has no interest in running, she caused curiosity when she recently told a ReCode interviewer she still does “...want to be President.”
A new investigation into her email mishandlings will remind Americans most of Hillary's preparedness for the White House includes much lying to the public about national security matters to cover her shake-downs seeking multi-million Dollar contributions to the Clinton Foundation. A private audit of the foundation concluded 94% of all contributions went to the Clintons.
Hillary tried to promote the idea that she was "The smartest woman in the world" during Bill's first term, but when she failed to sell socialized medicine that promotion failed. That set Hillary on a course of deep revenge from which she will never recover. She is clever enough not to turn on Bill for his proclivities, but that fact only exposes how ambitious and poisonous she is in fact.
