Adrian, we can’t believe what we’re witnessing right now. As we type this, Trump’s Supreme Court nominee is sitting before the Senate blatantly REFUSING to answer critical questions about his record. When asked if he thinks Trump is above the law?He REFUSED to answer. When asked if he’d uphold Obamacare’s protections for pre-existing conditions?He REFUSED to answer. When asked if he’d stay out of Mueller’s Russia investigation?He REFUSED to answer. Adrian, Kavanaugh’s silence says everything we need to know about what kind of justice he’d be -- a highly DANGEROUS one for our democracy. Under no circumstances can we allow McConnell and Trump to put this man on our Supreme Court. Thank you, DCCC ----------------------------------- Gentlemen: I think you DCCC people have lost your minds.  Mr. Trump is not above the law, but the Constitution protects him from purely political attacks while in office.  I am sorry Mr. Kavanaugh did not tell you that.  It is clearly defined in the Constitution. Obamacare's "pre-existing conditions" clause means no one would buy insurance until they were sick which would result in no insurance in short order.  It is simple economics or arithmetic as there would be no reserve money to pay claims if there are no subscribers, as would be the case. Whether or not a Supreme Court Justice would "stay out of the Mueller investigation" is a stupid question as they only consider cases that have been through the line of courts.  Mr Kavanaugh would never have anything to say about that in any case. As usual, you people are stupidly off the issues, cases and point.  We can only hope the voters are paying attention and will give you the drubbing you richly deserve in November. Adrian Vance
