This version of racism is in workplaces, school admissions and professional qualification tests like bar exams! “Diversity” and “inclusiveness” are now powerful liberal invectives.
Racism is a pillar of the Democrat Party ironically founded on the ashes of the Civil War including their action arm, Ku Klux Klan. They created Poll taxes to prevent Negro voting, separate schools, seating in public places, transportation, accommodations down to drinking fountains and restrooms. They disarmed black people, hanged them in public on accusation without trials in an attempt to crush them back to slavery.
World War II shocked America when black units fought as well or better than white units. Negro's stronger bodies and greater stamina gave them opportunities to demonstrate their capabilities and patriotism. The Tuskegee Airmen had an excellent record for successfully defending bombers over Germany to the point white air commanders were asking for them by name!
People who study innate intelligence have discovered Chinese are innately the most intelligent people on Earth! This should not be a surprise as they have had a culture and written language longer than any group and this includes Koreans and Japanese! All ahead of white folks by thousands of years!
The difference between Orientals and white people is five IQ points and there is a similar step between whites and blacks, but this only says there are a few more smart Chinese than whites and a few more smart white people than blacks. The difference is small, five percent of the top two percent is 0.1%. Hardly detectable and insignificant statistically, but usable politically when "spun."
Each group has geniuses and very close to the same number of them. The classic "bell-shaped curve" includes the upper extremes with small numbers of people in all races. Yale University has record of 250 Negro Ph.D.s earned in the late 19th century. Given what these people had to overcome there would have been more in a prejudice-free America from 1776 to 1865 with the same people.
In life the point is to find what you are good at and really like to do as success is largely a function of how much you do of it. Where
technology, engineering and mathematics are done by all people, it is an easy case for better agriculture and economics showing that these studies need to be of wider consideration than they have been.
We need more of these people to be working on real problems other than "CO2 caused global warming" or "Man In Space," both wasteful, pointless politically driven projects.
Where blacks have run away with professional athletics plus many have done well in business and the law they have not done as well, in terms of percentage, in politics and entertainment. Much of this is due to economics. The market for ethnic products and people is always small. Music and movies are areas where exceptions can happen. A few "black" films have broken out and been huge successes in the national market because they had good stories, great acting and production. Never forget: Every movie that makes it into a theater is a miracle; even the bad ones.
Especially is this true in music and dance as modern blacks come from a culture that did not have a written literature so they transmitted their culture in song and dance. No wonder they are so good at both! At mixed race parties the blacks joke that white people are "a dead animal act" as they do not move.
Earth is a widely varying place: America’s whites are 200 million while the Han Chinese are a billion, five times as many. Statistics favors China, but their repressive governments have held their people back, As well, America is a place blessed with bountiful agriculture. Our grain feeds much of the world and brings much money in return.
Technology is crucial to China. They spend heavily on it, including espionage to steal anything they can from the western world as we do not have good patent and copyright treaties with China. Where their population is five times ours, and they have an intellect advantage, their threat to our superiority tenure is real if they dare to become an open, free-market society.
Up to the middle of the last century the solution would be to bomb China with thermonuclear bombs and kill 85% of the population! Today that idea is "unthinkable." The solution is to do everything we can to encourage socialism in China. Perhaps Bernie Sanders could be our Ambassador to China!
