Trump is doing everything he can to sabotage the Affordable Care Act. No one who works hard should be forced to choose between putting food on the table or paying a medical bill, no matter where you live or who you voted for. But the sad reality is that one political party believes that health care is a right, and the other does not. And we're seeing Republicans' callousness on full display. Donald Trump openly threatened to sabotage the Affordable Care Act -- and it's working. A new report yesterday revealed that Trump's recklessness on health care could lead to double-digit premium increases next year. And even though Republicans still haven't managed to come up with a health care plan of their own, they're still obsessed with repealing Obamacare. Earlier today, a group of Republican congressmen from the extreme House Freedom Caucus filed a petition calling for total repeal of the Affordable Care Act with no replacement. We've fended off the GOP's attacks on our health care because we banded together. But they won't give up -- so neither can we.
