How Chief Warren:

Are you going to return the $50 billion President Obama took from MediCare to fund ObamaCare?  That should be the first thing done by Congress.  Has it ever occurred to you that solving the "Sick Care," which is really what "Health Care" should be called, may be in getting all the corruption out?  Why did my hospital send me a bill for $20,000 for a cataract operation that costs $2,000 across the nation, per to two master studies (summaries of 100 studies)?  When I documented this to my county District Attorney, with copy to said hospital nothing happened.  I went back for the other eye and they never sent me a bill for that?  If I can do that with no authority more than the truth why can't you get on the right page?
