The more we dig into the story of the 2016 Presidential election and the Democratic Party claims it was hacked in favor of Donald Trump the more we find material that is profoundly embarrassing to the Democrats!  Talk about throwing stones while in a glass house! These people are in a soap bubble of fantasy! Take the case of John Brennen:

The New York Post reported new revelations have surfaced that the Obama administration abused intelligence gathering laws during the election by launching a massive domestic-spy campaign including snooping on Trump officials.  This means Mr. Trump's allegation his office was "hacked," under surveillance, was correct!

Targeting political opposition has long been a technique of police states like Russia and Eastern Europe nations.  For this to be happening in America and at the hand of an outgoing Administration is shocking, certainly criminal and where an elected ruling class, like many, have long felt impervious to the law!  Drain the swamp!

The bits and pieces falling out of Congressional hearings are beginning to fit together like the proverbial Christmas puzzle at Grandma's house.  And, this picture is not pretty for Democrats.  The revelations and testimony from former Obama intelligence officials, show the extent to which the Obama Administration politicized and weaponized intelligence against ordinary American citizens!  Shades of Saul Alinsky, Mr. Obama's adult life-long mentor!

Circa News reported the National Security Agency under President Barack Obama routinely violated privacy laws snooping through foreign communications with US citizens, an illegal procedure without court action.  They failed to disclose the breaches to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court up to a full month before the election. 

The story concerns “Upstream Data Collection" under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.  Per the Act NSA looks at content of electronic communication. "Upstream" refers to intelligence acquired about third parties where Person A sends Person B an e-mail mentioning Person C.  Regardless Person C isn’t a party to the action in the e-mail, he will then be investigated by the NSA.

The number of NSA data searches about American citizens exploded after President Obama relaxed the rules protecting third parties from NSA  scrutiny.  This made America a police state as having a casual relationship with anyone could pull you into their problems.

The FISA court called it a “very serious Fourth Amendment issue” that NSA analysts, in violation of a 2011 AD rule change prohibiting officials from searching Americans’ information without a warrant, “had been conducting such actions in violation of the prohibition with much greater frequency than had been previously disclosed to the Court.”

A number of those searches were made from the White House and included private citizens working for the Trump campaign, some of the identities were leaked to biased media!  These revelations earned a public rebuke from the ACLU, of all groups! And, from civil-liberties champion Senator Rand Paul.

The Obama intelligence people really had no valid reason for attaching a summary dossier on Donald Trump to a highly classified Russia briefing they gave to Obama just weeks before Trump took office.  They did it in a serious violation of Federal protocols in a purely partisan action.

Under Congressional questioning President Obama’s CIA chief John Brennan said the notorious, fabricated English dossier did not “in any way” factor into the agency’s assessment that Russia interfered in the election because Obama intel czar James Clapper had testified, “We could not corroborate the sourcing.”  Nonetheless, they continued tacking it on reports apparently trying to give it credence!

For example: In January John Brennan attached the phony dossier to the official report for President Obama. He also included the unverified allegations in the briefing he gave Congressional Democrats.  John Brennan guaranteed it would be leaked in that action as he knew damn well it would be where it would have been political dynamite if true and he certainly knew it was false. John Brennan not only politicized raw intelligence, he politicized the entire CIA as a rogue Director.

CIA veterans say Brennan was the most politicized Director in the agency’s history. Former CIA field-operations officer Gene Coyle said Brennan was “known as the greatest sycophant in the history of the CIA, and a supporter of Hillary Clinton before the election. I find it hard to put any real credence in anything that the man says.”

Coyle noted John Brennan broke totally with his predecessors who stayed out of elections.  Several weeks before the vote, he made it very clear he was pulling for Hillary.  His deputy Mike Morell, another slimy sychopant seen on Charley Rose frequently, came out publicly endorsing Hillary in The New York Times, claiming Donald Trump was an “unwitting agent” of Moscow.  A softball accusation only because he knew damn well it was false.

John Brennan isn’t just a Democrat. He’s a radical leftist who in 1980, during the depth of the Cold War, voted for a Communist Party candidate for President!  What he and the rest of the Obama gang did has inflicted more damage on the integrity of our electoral process than anything the Russians could have done!  It is laughable that a man like John Brennen, with the spotted and stained record he has, is taken seriously as a former Federal official and Barack Hussein Obama is very much of his cut.
