I guested the Barry Farber Show today as America suffered over yet another day of strange testimony by one of the men of Washington, DC who can make a smoke screen with his mouth, FBI Director Comey.  The Democrats are blaming him for throwing the election to Mr. Trump, but after making a case that was dripping with Hillary guilt he said, "No prosecutor would bring this forward" while we were thinking, "Yes, but most would nail Hillary with an indictment from a Grand Jury in five minutes."  Director Comey predicated his excusing Hillary was pivoted on the fact that Director Comey could not find "intent" in her actions.  

"Intent" is a state of mind and where no one can read minds so Comey had only crafted a nice parachute for a man, who like much of America, thought Hillary was a "slam-dunk" winner.  How many drunk drivers now in prison for having killed someone would be on the street, or in the bars, if Comey's logic were common in the courts?  I think you will find our discussion interesting.  Click on:
