For All Time
Eternal President Kim Jong Un of North Korea is an evil dictator. He viciously torture-murdered his uncle and assassinated his brother to consolidate and confirm his power. He rules a tiny nation with terror. Anyone at odds with Eternal President Kim Jong Un will wind up in a prison camp that makes a Russian gulag look like Club Med in Malaga at Truffle time. And, his entire family will be sent to other such camps. All will be starved and put to hard labor at gunpoint patching roads, in rain, shine, freezing or baking sun for the rest of their lives. Kim rules by raw terror.
North Korean state media warned Tuesday they would do a nuclear weapons attack on US bases at the slightest provocation from the US military forces in a piece by the official newspaper announcing, “Our revolutionary strong army is keenly watching every move by enemy elements with our nuclear sights focused on the U.S. invasionary bases not only in South Korea and the Pacific operation theatre but also in the U.S. mainland.”
Pyongyang just celebrated the 105th birthday of the late Kim Il Sung, the present Kim's grandfather, with a planned rocket launch that fizzled fifty feet over the launchpad. North Korea’s capital was in as much a festive mood as could be contrived Saturday to honor the country’s founder with goose-stepping sharp formations of male and female combat units. They like to use such occasions to launch tests in defiance of the UN Security Council strictures. With the world watching the new "Axis of Evil," Syria, Iran, and North Korea it is a perfect opportunity for mad Kim Jong Un to show off his new toys. It needs to be said the limp-wristed handling by two previous US Administrations have empowered Kim Jong Un.
There are places in space and time that appear to call for or focus events. If for any reason events do not happen in a first convergence of the forces defining them then history turns until that set of circumstances, or the equation, is satisfied. That time appears to be coming for North Korea.
In a purely mystic analysis of the destiny of Pyonyang, North Korea we saw the perfect opportunity for then President Harry S. Truman to outlaw war forever. The United States was the only nuclear power and it looked like we could keep it that way for a long time. North Korea became Communist after World War II and invaded South Korea. We saw a threat and went to the defense of South Korea in a move that was unpopular at home given our four years of world war.
General MacArthur had great historical perspective and saw this was the time when we could make a statement and outlaw war. Few men have the appreciation of war as great war generals, they hate it, but accept their roles as destiny.
Meanwhile, Josef Stalin had a similar vision and through his MKVD intelligence agents, got word to American Communist agents Alger Hiss and Harry Dexter White, men with positions and connections in high places in the United States that Truman should be convinced "Nuclear weapons are too horrible to use" and quench any "outlawing war" idea as the mere presence of nukes had done that already!
Alger Hiss had a social relationship with Eleanor Roosevelt who had really been running the country the last two years of FDR's life as he was in such pain from his many infirmities he was on opiate pain killers that reduced him to little more than a friend of Falla, the family dog.
Eleanor's tenure extended into Truman's Presidency as Harry was far the sharpest knife in the drawer and he needed her. A good and honest man, but Harry had little more perspective than the reach of his arm. Eleanor bought the Hiss hypothesis and sold it to Harry Truman who in turn fired General MacArthur before he could sell his idea to the Pentagon High Command.
It would seem the mechanism of events in time have reset reality to the point where Pyonyang was to serve history being the place where war between nations ended with a flash and a bang. Has the machinery of such things aligned once again and will Mr. Trump be the man to end war for all time?
