I guested The Barry Farber Show yesterday and I think you will find this one especially interesting as we discussed what Mr. Trump has been doing as well as the implosion of the Democratic Party.  While I have never been much on destruction derbies they can be entertaining when they serve a good purpose as does the one we see now.  As well, it is fascinating to see Mr. Trump at work and read the "tea leaves" of what some of his moves mean as well as those to come.

During this discussion I had a flash of Mr. Trumps handling of Mitt Romney, who richly deserves a public spanking for his utterly inappropriate remarks during both the primary and the general election campaigns.  The dinner with Republican National Chairman, Reince Priebus was the capper as Mr. Trump demonstrated that not only could he handle a bitter pill like Mitt, signaling to the old guard Republicans he could play the game of "All is fair in..." but patch things up with the skill of a Harvard Ph.D in Hypocrisy.  

Then the messaging in the Secretary of State appointment hit me:  If Mr. Trump appoints General Petreaus it probably means Hillary avoids further investigation and prosecution as the General is stained with that issue, even lightly so.  If Rudy Giulliani is appointed it means Hillary will be put through the Mangle of the full process. Where history should be served it would seem the latter is the only course and to that degree Mr. Trump is facing a test.  Hear it all at:
