Why Hillary Won The Popular Vote

 

Our elections have been taken out of the hands of the people by an alliance of arrogant computer software companies that may not be working in the interest of the people but a national party.

Three mega-election vendors had the power to elect Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton President and the five TV Networks hide the existence of three privately owned corporations, ES and S, Hart and Dominion and what they could do may explain Hillary winning the popular vote.

Any one of these three corporations could make the election computers say Mr. Trump won or they could make the election computers say "Hillary Clinton won 99 to 1."  Every man has a price and we have created the problem of the century in this technology.   With every advance comes a new set of problems, solutions and fortunes, some dark.

“Making the computer-generated election night results believable” appears to be the purpose of the endless, oddly-done “black box” public opinion polls treated  reverently by the five big television networks in the year before the election.

Is it also the purpose of the exit polls taken on election day by the National Election Pool, owned by the same five big TV networks plus the AP wire to tell us what they want us to believe as they twist and turn in their tailspin of declining readers and viewers fighting.  Are they seeking power by another path?  Through the elected ruling class?  The Clintons have been for sale from the beginning.  Were they what the media really needed for economic salvation?  Is that the attraction?

Since 1988, a handful of private corporations controlled the counting of 96% of the ballots in the USA for national elections.  Election officials in 98% of our counties stepped aside and turned over our elections to one of these few mega-corporation vendors.  This in itself would not be alarming, but for the fact  it was the broad diffusion of responsibility that guaranteed our elections and now it is gone.

Incredibly, local election officials in each county using election computers signed contracts stipulating they are forbidden to examine the program codes of privately owned computer software which tell the county computers what to do on election night.  What could be a check on fraud is thus written out! There is no reason for this other than the opportunity for skullduggery it enables.  Intent is proven by the stricture itself!

Three computerized election vendor companies now have total control over published election night results: ES and S, Hart InterCivic, and Dominion which bought Diebold and Sequoia in 2013.  America is for sale, or was it sold?  Will the Electoral College save us?

All three companies require secrecy which is inappropriate given our requirements an election be "free and open."  Secrecy creates an opportunity for fraud and all elections have histories of fraud.  

Computerization with secrecy enables election fraud.  This software should not only be open, but media and law enforcement authorities should have open access to the running code at the time of the vote counting to prevent rigging just as observers have open access to every stage of voting in pen-and-paper ballot elections.

No major media company has ever done an investigation into any computerized election counting system in total abrogation of their Constitutional responsibility.  What is the reason for this?  Collusion?

Media have never asked why more than 98% of the 3141 counties in the USA hired only three companies when there are thousands of computer software companies.  Or, why they never ask county election officials or Secretaries of State about election officials have signed contracts forbidding them to look at software tabulating their votes!  This action puts our elections in the hands of people with no Constitutional or legal authority or responsibility other than a self-serving contract they wrote.  Where they can now control elections the opportunities for fraud are unlimited which guarantees fraud will happen as billions of Dollars are involved.  This is a problem easily solved.  It is a simple matter to stop a voting or counting process, download the program, restart the process and let the independant programmer authenticate the code.

This has put these three companies above the law and not one of the 3141 county officials has even questioned the practice!  They cannot be that stupid.  Is this why Hillary won the popular vote?
