No Prosecution For Hillary?

President-elect Donald Trump won’t prosecute Hillary Clinton for her crimes involving national security and we think it a big mistake.  We are a nation of laws or we are not.  It is just that simple.

A score of men and women are in prison, with their lives ruined, for having done a milli-fraction of what Hillary did, and none for money, which was the motive her case.  It is obvious Hillary set up her own server to cover her shakedown operation of foreign leaders and business people with whom she was ostensibly doing America's business.  Her real crime was treason and this decision institutionalizes it.  Treason will now be now part of every future government of the United States of America.

“I think when the president-elect who’s also the head of your party … tells you before he’s even inaugurated he doesn’t wish to pursue these charges, it sends a very strong message, tone and content, to the members,” said Kellyanne Conway to the hosts of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” an appropriate place to confess a crime.  They commit crimes by going on the air every day.

Given the preponderance of evidence against her, Hillary should stand trial to serve history, if nothing else.  Other indictments will certainly fall out of a real investigation directed by a grand jury unlike the sham perpetrated by disgraced FBI Director Comey, who should be fired and de-pensioned for his crimes against the nation unless he stands trial, at his choice.

“If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation because there have never been so many lies, so much deception,” he vowed and we would like to hold Mr. Trump to his statement as it would serve the purpose of restoring justice to an America where it is absent.

If you doubt what we are saying be aware that Marijuana, aka Cannabis, is a "Class I" narcotic along with Heroin and Cocaine, but the states of Colorado, California and Washington have legalized it!  They justify this for the revenues they think they are going to collect, but they have screwed that up such that they have only made permanent the illegal drug trade, now to avoid the tax and not criminal law.

There is substantial anecdotal evidence the Cannabis Sativa herb is helpful in the treatment of several diseases and afflictions, but no major drug company will study it because the costs of patenting, testing and approving a new drug approach one billion Dollars!  This is a clear case of the consequences of over regulation and an invitation for corruption on a grand scale.  All of this is in need of examination, revision and cleansing.

Meanwhile back at Hillary:  It would be far better for her to stand trial and bring in her subordinates for testimony and prosecution to demonstrate that justice prevails in America and he was sincere with "Drain the swamp!"

If Hillary is convicted she should serve time and have the experience of jail, the food, the sounds, lack of privacy and all the rest to serve as an example to the elected ruling class.  Then, at an appropriate time, say Christmas, President Trump can pardon her, but not all those who were convicted with her.

We feel Mr. Trump has shown weakness in not prosecuting Hillary.
