I guested on the Barry Farber show tonight and inadvertently made a disaster of it as I have been putting off downloading the newest version of Skpe, telephone and video-phone system that allows me to do video calls to friends and family in Paris, Tokyo, New York City and Normal, Illinois, all the exotic places, for $36 a year! And, do radio shows with anyone anywhere with a presence like I am in the room thanks a high quality microphone, and now a "soft room" that removes all the "phone call" hard wall echoes.

Our big topic was the Pacific Education Group that I documented recently in  "White Privilege," about Glenn Singleton's creation that seems clearly to me to be a 100% wrong idea for American education.

We are the nation that invented the freedom allowing everyone to come together from everywhere, share goods, services, ideas, inventions, techniques such that we now have the best pizza on the planet; the best Chinese food, I am told by Chinese friends who go to Bejing, down through a long list from Blintzes to Yak butter and cheese because good ideas thrive in lands where people are free and well informed.

We are a little short on that last parameter, but that is fixable and I am doing what I can to fill it, as are many of you, and we must never give up.  Even when we do a show that is a rolling disaster, thanks to yours truly, but saved by the skill of talk radio inventor and icon, Barry Farber.  If you have an hour to waste on Adrian, tune in...
