12 million people are 3.7% of our population, 96.3% of the people have nothing to do with your program after you have spent several billion Dollars on it! So much for Democratic "smart people."
The way to solve this problem is to open the entire country to all the insurance companies that want to sell "sickness and accident," SA, insurance. Who needs insurance for "health care?" If you are healthy you need no care. This outs the scam of ObamaCare. They will have no costs! It's all a scam!
By letting the states control SA insurance you open the door for lots of corruption. There are 1300 companies offering SA insurance, but only three can sell policies in California. How much, and to whom, did they pay to lock out competition? From what we can determine every state insurance bureau is corrupt. We do not need them. Let the free market decide. It has delivered more, better and cheaper than any system known and will serve all instead of only 12 million Americans.
