In The Night

When sunlight hits Earth very short wave, “hard,” ultraviolet light, UV, breaks oxygen molecules into atoms that combine with anything in one five-millionth second in their next collision, and emit lower frequency quanta in the process. This is good as hard UV radiation kills living things. The process continues through 20 to 100 miles of air depending on sun angle as sunlight goes through more air before and after noon. There is no layer; occurrence is a function of concentration. Gases cannot make surfaces for reflecting.  Only liquids and solids can do that. Ozone forms oxides of nitrogen; brown “smog,” all natural! No shield, SUV, white man or evil Republican involved.


Reality was distorted by UN politicians as “an ozone layer.” The myth served its purpose and is no longer on the front pages because a thorough examination exposes the lie.


University of California armchair scientists Sheldon Rowland and Mario Molina hatched the myth Freon™ was destroying the “shield” to get a $60,000 National Science Foundation grant for their fantasy.


Molina and Roland postulated chemical reactions never observed or accomplished anywhere, but unchallenged by Freon™ maker Dupont as their patents expired and they could patent new chemicals if Freon™ were outlawed. It was the finest industrial chemical ever made.


The 1989 Montreal Protocol banned Freon™ for political power, new regulations, bureau and taxes. DuPont patented a similar molecule swapping two halogens for hydrogens as a substitute. This substance had been a step on the way to Freon(tm) and is the same combustible gas that killed 400 people in the Copa Cabana fire. It is now in every refrigerator and a time bomb in your home; legislated into existence by two unprincipled chemists for $60,000 and a Nobel prize in Chemistry for reactions that have never been seen in nature or a lab and never will because the thermodynamics are backwards!


It has been discovered the same phenomenon is happening at the North Pole and no Freon™ found! It is a natural process, but don’t expect to see Freon(tm) return until thousands of people die in home fires when their refrigerators ignite in the night.
